A 1959 graduate of Yale Law School with an array of experience in trusts, estates, real estate, and commercial transactions, Morton L. Price currently serves as senior counsel to the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group.
In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Price has served as a member of the Committee on Administrative Law, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Committee on Legal Problems of the Aging, and acted as chairman of the Transportation Committee. He currently serves on the Estate Planning Council of New York City and is a member of both the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
With a focus on estate and trust administration, guardianship’s for incapacitated adults and minors, and estate planning, Kerri Castellini brings her legal experience to the Trusts and Estates Practice Group at our firm. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Castellini served as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair for the Tax and Business Forum, Solo and Small Practice Committee, Stars of the Bar Committee, and the Strategic Planning Committee.
Castellini is currently admitted to practice law in DC, Maryland, and before the Supreme Court. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia and the chair of the Board Governance Committee.
Since joining the firm in 2011, Thomas Soldan has dealt with a wide variety of criminal, personal injury, and other legal matters including everything from DUIs and assault cases to civil litigation. Mr. Soldan is a graduate of University of Georgia School of Law and a former chapter president of the Fauquier County Bar Association.
Additionally, Soldan has participated in numerous other professional associations and practices regularly across a variety of counties in Virginia.
